Group West is completing designs for this 500,000 sq. ft., four-star resort hotel and conference center nestled in the foothills of Fountain Hills, Arizona. The hotel provides 269 guestroom suites ranging in size from 550 sq. ft. to 2,100 sq. ft.; 50,000 sq. ft. of convention/conference space and 36 private residences of 3,000 sq. ft. each, some of which will be included within the hotel's pool of guestrooms.

The hotel was carefully designed into an existing hillside with no part of the structure extending 30 feet above the existing grade. The multiple hotel buildings terrace up the hillside as the site grade rises. The scale and massing of the buildings have been carefully designed to comply with existing zoning ordinances and to be compatible with the adjacent residential neighborhoods to the west and north.
