| This destination gaming resort planned on 1200 acres will consist of four mini destinations within one: a historic themed retail district featuring major brand retail, an entertainment district with an indoor river flanked by restaurants, retail and rides, a lakefront fishing village with major sporting goods retailer and sportsman themed hotel, restaurants and shops, and a gaming / entertainment district. Pedestrian and transportation connections will encourage crossover between districts to facilitate the entertainment convergence necessary for the success of such a destination. |
