| This project will convert 100 acres of blighted riverfront property into a first-class gaming destination designed with an Atlantic Seaboard theme. Uses include two casinos, hotels, multiple restaurants and retail outlets, cinema and a maritime museum. The nature and mix of uses and their proximity to each other and to the casinos will encourage a crossover between the casinos, to maximize gaming revenue. |
