| A lake created by excavating land and diverting creek waters to fill it, will serve as a centerpiece and focal point for this destination gaming / mixed-use project. Surrounding this manmade lake will be a variety of retail and restaurant offerings, second level hotel and a major casino. Additional land to the east has been planned for more conventional commercial development, including office uses adjacent to an airstrip which will be improved to serve the needs of this project. |
