BUILDING A HOME AND ENHANCING THE SPIRIT OF A COMMUNITY

This building houses the consolidated departments of the Elk Valley Tribe. A multi-purpose space on the building's west end, accommodates General Council and Tribal Council meetings, as well as a variety of social functions. Tribal artifacts and art are on display throughout the building.

As an example of Group West's skill in the Design-Build process, this building was designed and constructed without change orders and within a guaranteed maximum price, meeting the Tribe's financial goals and requirements.

This clubhouse serving the Coeur D' Alene Tribe's Circling Raven golf course, which has won multiple awards including Golf Magazine’s Top Ten New Courses You Can Play for 2004.
