This 20,000 sq.ft. building was designed to house the consolidated administrative functions of the Elk Valley Rancheria. The building was carefully positioned on the site to preserve existing trees sheltering the creek that flows east-west through the property and to allow for a Phase 2 expansion.

A multi-purpose space on the building's west end, accommodates General Council and Tribal Council meetings, as well as a variety of social functions. Tribal artifacts and art are on display throughout the building.
