This 40,000 sq.ft. building houses the administrative functions of the Spokane Tribe of Indians, including Tribal Council chambers and offices for departments such as Enrollment, Finance, Public Relations, Purchasing and TERO. An eastern wing of the building houses the Bureau of Indian Affairs serving this region.

The project was designed and constructed without change orders and within a guaranteed maximum price, meeting the Tribe's financial goals and requirements.
