Coeur D' Alene Casino

Group West has worked with the Coeur D' Alene Tribe over many years to complete the phased development of their current casino-resort destination, voted best in the Northwest for the last five consecutive years.

From its initial 20,000 sq. ft. beginning, the Coeur D' Alene Casino now houses over 1,500 machines, bingo/entertainment venues, retail, OTB and multiple restaurants in 170,000 sq. ft. A 200-room hotel and the Circling Raven Golf Course complement the casino.

Each phase of the project's development required careful attention to design and its impact on construction cost in order to ensure that, at no time, were the Tribe's established budgets exceeded. All financial and other goals and objectives of the Tribe were met.
